先是 Engadget 報導了小布希用小台電視機看發現號升空的新聞：Watchin’ the Shuttle launch in style… (原報導照片為美聯社的新聞照片)
然後 Engadget 在下面評論：
Could someone please buy the man a plasma TV?
結果今天的 Engadget 就報導了 “Sometimes wishes do come true” XD (一樣是引自美聯社的新聞照片)
而 Engadget 的評論寫著：
Hey, someone did buy him a plasma!
P.S. - Never doubt the power of Engadget.
P.P.S. - That’s the worst “Live Long and Prosper” we’ve ever seen.
噗 XD (*笑翻*)
補充說明一下：中文 Engadget 把 P.P.S. 這句翻的很糟，笑點全部都不見了。
Anyway，依據 Engadget 下面的 comment 所寫的，那台小電視其實是白宮擺飾之一，在 President George W. Bush has breakfast with Danish Prime Minister Anders Fogh Rasmussen, far right, National Security Advisor Condoleezza Rice, left, and Denmark’s ambassador to the U.S. Ulrik Federspiel, in the private dining room of the White House Thursday, May 8, 2003. White House photo by Eric Draper 裡可以看出來：(靠夭，title 這麼長…)
Anyway… 笑料十足 :p

然後 Blake 長輩 則是說那些貓看起來很像被丟 XD

接下來又收到這樣的回信：「我是想作一個像無名小站這樣能提供免費的blog且有Podcasting，WP 多人版本的可行嗎？」喔，做免費的blog很好，做Podcasting也很好，如果說的是像 twblog、憂鬱馬戲團、civiblog.org，都很好，但是…無名小站嘛，我這兩天玩 GarageBand 又錄了一首歌，倒是頂適合此情此景的：

John Battelle 在 Google Will Eat Itself 這篇文章裡面提到了這個 GWEI (Google Will Eat Itself) 這個 site：
This project, as I understand it, is a meditation on the economics of Google. The angle:
We generate money by serving Google text advertisments on our website GWEI.org. With this money we automatically buy Google shares via our Swiss e-banking account. We buy Google via their own advertisment! Google eats itself - but in the end we will own it!
換句話說，這個 fake site 用 Google Adsense 賺來的錢，去買 Google 的股票… (用力惡搞的 site)

Boing Boing 報導了一個有趣的 wmv，看起來很像是整人節目，把一個射擊遊戲的玩家用催眠的方式丟到布置的場景：Hypnotist kidnaps gamer and drops him into real-life shooter，不過作者也說他不曉得是不是串通好的：
I have no idea if this is a hoax or for real, but the footage of this guy running around inside the game he’d been playing a minute before is amazing.
看看就好 :p

Boing Boing 看到的：Plane full of seat-back GNU/Linux。
某位長輩在大學裡面負責管理 Windows network，於是 Microsoft 請他參加 Microsoft TechEd Conference，其中的機票費用與住宿費用都由 Microsoft 買單 :)
然而，他在飛機上看到這個：
也許 Microsoft 下次應該換一家航空公司 :p
