Firefox 奇怪的問題

有時候發表文章的「章」在 UTF-8 下 HTTP POST 的時候偶而會爛掉，不知道為什麼，同樣的情況在 wiki.nctu.edu.tw (PhpWiki) 和 我的 blog (WordPress) 上都有出現過… 可是 IE 就不會 :P
